Let’s get something straight right out of the gate.

I don’t believe in “anti-aging.”
I believe in not aging like shit.

And most beauty routines?
They’re just expensive ways of apologising for bad habits.

So here’s my biohacking-style beauty routine — a little edgy, slightly unconventional, and guaranteed to annoy at least one skincare brand manager.

Good.


Beauty Starts With Biology (Not Bottles)

If your strategy is:

  • Sleep like crap
  • Live stressed
  • Eat garbage
  • Never move
  • Avoid sunlight

…and then try to out-serum the consequences…

I’ve got bad news.

Your skin is an organ, not a canvas.

You don’t fix it from the outside in.
You fix it from the inside out.


1️⃣ Sunlight Before Screens (Yes, I’m Serious)

Before emails.
Before WhatsApp.
Before the internet tells me who to hate today.

I get natural light into my eyes and onto my face.

Why?

  • Circadian rhythm alignment
  • Hormonal signalling
  • Skin timing (yes, your skin has a clock)

No cream on earth replaces morning light.
Anyone who says otherwise is selling you something.


2️⃣ Cold Water to the Face (Embrace the Suck)

Every morning, cold water straight to the face.

It’s unpleasant.
Which is exactly why it works.

Benefits:

  • Increased circulation
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Skin tightening
  • Instant “you look awake” effect

Most people want comfort.
Comfort ages you.


3️⃣ Sweat on Purpose (Not From Stress)

I sweat intentionally.

Sauna.
Movement.
Sometimes both.

Sweating:

  • Flushes toxins
  • Improves circulation
  • Gives skin that “what are you doing?” glow

Covering up poor detox with skincare is like spraying air freshener on a skip.

Handle the source.

Why?

I don’t stack 14 products made by people who think sunlight is toxic and cholesterol is evil.

Healthy skin doesn’t need a chemistry degree.
It needs proper inputs.

Here it is.

Stress ages you faster than wrinkles ever will.

Chronic stress shows up on your face.
Your eyes.
Your posture.
Your skin tone.

You can’t inject your way out of a life you secretly hate.

Fix the life.
The face follows.

Most people don’t need:

  • Another cream
  • Another gadget
  • Another influencer routine

They need:

  • Better habits
  • Better energy
  • Better cellular function

Do that…
And your skin quietly falls back into line.
