Three Weeks Off the Scale — And My Body Did Exactly What It Was Supposed To Do

—

by

I haven’t weighed myself in a few weeks. Not because I was afraid of the number. Because I’m not dieting. I’m building.

I’m 49. Training full body every second day. 200g+ protein daily. 10,000+ steps. 1,000 trampoline bounces. Sauna, steam, cold. X39 and X49 patches every day. Perfect Amino, creatine, electrolytes, magnesium. Consistent sleep tracking with WHOOP. This is not random. It’s a system.

The results from Feb 9th: weight up 7.2 lbs, body fat down, lean mass up, skeletal muscle up significantly, metabolic age dropped from 41 to 38. That’s textbook recomposition leaning toward productive mass. The scale is not the goal. The composition is.

Most men at 49 are trying to maintain. I’m trying to build. I’m not shrinking into my 50s. I’m expanding into them. And the data says the system is working.
